We’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven Category Manager to lead our Timber category, with oversight across landscaping and rural. You’ll drive category performance through strong supplier partnerships, effective pricing and product range management, and a clear understanding of customer and market trends. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure a competitive, innovative and customer-focused offer. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category strategies to deliver sales growth, profitability and supply continuity Manage pricing and cost of goods to remain competitive and optimise margins Curate high-performing, innovative product ranges across channels Build and manage key supplier relationships, including negotiation and performance reviews Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities Conduct category reviews to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with branches, sales, marketing and suppliers to deliver great customer outcomes Support showroom presentation and overall customer experience This is a full-time permanent role offering 40 hours a week.
