Drainage Crew Member/ Construction Labourer Alpha Recruitment – Auckland, North Island Location: Auckland (various locations) Employment Type: Temporary About the Role We are looking for reliable and hardworking Drainage Field Crew members to join our client's team. This is a hands-on role working across a range of civil drainage projects, including installation, repairs, maintenance, and general site works. You’ll be part of a supportive crew where safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Assist with drainage installation, repairs, and maintenance works Pipe laying, trenching, bedding, and backfilling Operate hand tools and basic machinery as required Follow site safety procedures and industry standards Work effectively as part of a field crew Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist operators and supervisors with daily site tasks What We’re Looking For Previous experience in civil construction, drainage, or earthworks preferred Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Good understanding of workplace health and safety Full driver licence preferred Relevant tickets (WTR, confined space, STMS, etc.) advantageous but not essential What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Variety of projects and work locations Opportunities for training and career progression A great team environment with supportive management Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
