As a Process Advisor – Financial Processing, you will provide specialist process, systems, and project support to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processing activities. You will work closely with Finance, ICT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, document end-to-end processes, coordinate change initiatives, and support the successful implementation of new or enhanced ways of working. You will play a key role in ensuring process improvements maintain strong internal controls, support compliance requirements, and deliver practical benefits to customers and staff alike. Review Shared Services processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and resource utilisation. Develop, maintain, and regularly review end-to-end process documentation, including associated controls and procedures. Lead and coordinate process change initiatives, including project planning, testing, implementation, and stakeholder communication. Deliver process guidance, documentation, and training to support successful adoption of new processes and systems. Build effective relationships across Finance, ICT, and business groups while supporting continuous improvement and organisational objectives. This position is covered by a collective agreement, and salary will commence between $81,098 and $93,479 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
