Key responsibilities Supports the Registered Nurse with the planning care requirements of the residents Health & Safety hazard identification, and managing any risks Support to the family/whanau of residents and ensuring that they feel well supported Available to work night, evening and weekend shifts as required About you Attitude - a desire to help and support others, achieving excellence in all you do Previous healthcare or care-giving experience is desirable, although not essential Healthcare qualifications are advantageous Your own reliable transport Honesty and reliability, with a strong work ethic The ability to work unsupervised within a team environment Efficiency with good self-organisational skills and attention to detail A neat and tidy appearance A clean police record / can pass in drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr
