Free on-site carparking Mō tēnei mahi | About this job Salary: Low $63,395 – Mid $79,295 Source and coordinate qualityfieldwork placements for social work tauira, ensuring placements align with learningoutcomes and professional requirements. Build and maintain strongrelationships with social work agencies, community organisations, iwi, hapū and other keystakeholders to create positive placement opportunities. Support tauira throughouttheirpracticum journey ,from placement preparation through to successful completion, providing guidanceand advocacy when needed. Coordinate professionalsupervision and training for placement supervisors, helping to ensure safe, effective andculturally responsive learning environments. Contribute to teaching andlearner support activities , helping tauira understand practicum requirements, professionalexpectations and pathways to success. Manage placement administrationand reporting ,including agreements, progress monitoring, record keeping and stakeholdercommunication We arelooking for someone has the following: A Master's degree in arelevant field and current registration with the Social WorkersRegistration Board (SWRB) . Experience in a similar role,with well-established networks across the social services sector and widercommunity. Strong relationship-buildingskills and the ability to work effectively with agencies, tauira, whānau andcommunity stakeholders. Excellent organisational,planning and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multipleplacements and priorities simultaneously. An understanding of, andcommitment to, Māori values, Ngā Takepū and kaupapa Māori approaches toeducation and social services. Teaching, coaching orfacilitation experience would be an advantage, along with a Level 5 teachingqualification. As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness toparticipate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of ĀhuatangaMāori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
