Transam is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor in Auckland to lead the afternoon shift team consisting of two drivers and one planner/dispatcher. You will allocate work, coordinate operations, monitor performance, and support employees to meet customer and business needs. The role requires reliable leadership, clear communication, and a hands-on approach across depot, transport, dispatch and container control activities.
