This is a genuine business partnership role supporting our Group Chief People Officer. You'll operate at the heart of the organisation, contributing to executive priorities, Board engagement, strategic planning, and organisational change initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Partner closely with the Chief People Officer to manage priorities, commitments, and executive effectiveness. Proactively manage a complex and dynamic diary, ensuring effective prioritisation and strategic use of time. Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and stakeholder engagements. Prepare high-quality documentation, presentations, correspondence, and governance materials. Build trusted relationships across the organisation and act as a key point of connection for stakeholders. Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgement. Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Uses sound judgement and is confident making decisions within delegated authority. Anticipates needs and proactively identifies solutions. Builds trusted relationships and works collaboratively across all levels of the organisation. Remains adaptable and resilient when priorities change. Brings structure, organisation, and clarity to complex or competing demands.
