Store Manager - Porirua

As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance, leading your team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent operational standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of 8-10
\n
• Driving sales performance and achieving key KPIs
\n
• Creating a positive and engaging team culture
\n
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences
\n
• Maintaining strong visual merchandising and operational standards
\n
• Managing day-to-day store operations including rostering, stock management and administration
\n

• $65,000 per annum + kiwisaver
\n
