We’re looking for a reliable RA Supplier Coordinator to join our Returns Authorisation (RA) team at our Auckland Head Office. This is an additional new role created to support the team as we continue to manage supplier returns, warranty claims and stock movements efficiently. You’ll be the link between our suppliers, branches and internal teams, keeping incoming stock, supplier returns and warranty claims moving through to the right outcome, whether that’s a repair, replacement, credit or rejection. It’s a hands-on role that suits someone organised, practical and happy to juggle a few things at once. What you’ll be doing Managing daily incoming RA stock, from receiving and checking through to sorting and allocating items to their next step Packing, labelling and dispatching outgoing items to suppliers, customers, branches and warehouses Booking couriers and handling shipping paperwork, including overseas RMA dispatches Keeping supplier return records accurate and current, including warranty status, repair progress and credit outcomes Processing supplier return submissions, DOA and warranty claims, replacements and credit requests Supporting branches with return requests and supplier warranty enquiries Reviewing RA cases for accuracy and following up on discrepancies, missing information or supplier delays Chasing up suppliers on outstanding repairs, replacements, credits and DOA claims Working closely with the RA team, customer service, purchasing and warehouse staff to keep returns on track Job description We’re looking for a reliable RA Supplier Coordinator to join our Returns Authorisation (RA) team at our Auckland Head Office. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising accuracy. Team-focused mindset with a willingness to collaborate, share knowledge, and support others. Experience in supplier coordination, RA, logistics, or warehouse administration (1-2 years preferred but not essential). Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
