Head of Logistics Management & Warehouse Westland Milk Products – Christchurch, South Island Westland Milk Products, part of the Yili Oceania Business Division (YOBD), is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics Management & Warehousing to lead our national downstream supply chain operations. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of logistics and warehousing at scale—setting strategy, leading large operational teams, and ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑performing end‑to‑end execution in a global export environment. What you’ll do Lead the national logistics & warehousing strategy aligned to business growth Own end‑to‑end downstream supply chain execution (inbound, outbound & internal flows) Be the master and control tower of downstream order to ship(ship out) with over 10,000 TEUs per annum Drive health & safety, compliance, and operational excellence Manage P&L, budgets, carriers, 3PLs, ports and shipping partners Lead and develop a large, multi‑site team (~80+ indirect reports) Own the downstream supply chain OPEX About you Senior leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain within the dairy industry Background in food, dairy, manufacturing or regulated environments Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership Confident leader who balances strategy with hands‑on execution Calm, decisive, and effective in complex operational environments National impact and executive visibility Complex, meaningful role with real scale Part of a global organisation with strong growth ambitions Values‑driven culture focused on excellence, accountability and safety Applicants must have valid work rights in New Zealand to be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
