Role Overview We’re looking for a motivated and client-focused KiwiSaver Adviser to join our servicing team. In this role, you will work with our existing clients to regularly review their KiwiSaver, ensuring the provider and fund we initially recommended continues to align with their goals and stage of life. Where changes are needed, you will guide clients through their options, provide education, and support them in implementing any changes. What We Offer You: Competitive remuneration. Financial Services experience is preferred. Are you currently working for a KiwiSaver provider or in financial services, and keen to take the next step Customer serviceexperience is preferred (from any industry). Confidence on the phone is a must. Ideally, you’ll have or be working towards your Level 5 – Investments Strand qualification. For the right candidate, we will support you in achieving this. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and connect with clients on a daily basis. Self-motivated and able to work effectively within a team. Strong organisational skills – able to manage your workflow and juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Tech-savvy – proficient in using computer systems and CRM platforms to efficiently manage client interactions, track data, and streamline workflows. If you fit the above, we’d love to hear from you.
