Queenstown Bungy Limited have 3 Jump Master roles available, working across our iconic bungy activity products. While we love to have fun, safety is our number one priority & a safety conscious mindset is essential. If that sounds like you, you'll need to meet one of the following requirements... Certified Jump Master to the Code of Practice for Bungy Jumping - AS/NZ 5848 or If you are not certified as a Jump Master you will need to provide evidence of at least a minimum of 250 hours, or 1250 Jumps of operation as a Jump Operator in the past 3 years, or provide evidence of 100 hours, or 500 jumps operation as an acting Jump Master under the supervision of a registered Jump master in the past 3 years. Core tasks include: Direct, supervise and control bungy jumping activities; to strict Health & Safety standards; Set up/maintain equipment & provide instruction maturely and reliably with confidence; Mentor/train/role model strong work ethic/skills to Bungy crew; Ensure strict Health & Safety standards/reporting are maintained with your safety conscious attitude towards all including equipment with a head for heights/climbing/working with ropes and ability to respond appropriately; Reporting and attending interdepartmental meetings is required. Ensuring memorable positive experience for all Bungy customers through your enthusiasm & explanations! Permanent employment, 30 hours minimum guaranteed per week plus additional work hours available at busy times. Rostered to work 5 days each week (Sunday through Saturday) as we offer adrenaline rush activities and merchandise for customers 7 days a week between 8.30am and 5pm with seasonal variance. Pay range: From NZD28.00 per hour to $34.00 per hour. You will need to commute between different bungy sites located in Queenstown, OTAGO.
