Milestone Limited T/A Music Star is a Christchurch-based music company dedicated to nurturing young talent and promoting a love for music. We are looking for a piano teacher to join our growing team. The working hours is 30-45 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $30-$34.50, subject to your skills and experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality piano instruction to students of varying levels Teach music theory and foster students' confidence in learning piano Develop and adjust individual and group teaching plans Prepare appropriate teaching materials tailored to students' needs Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and solutions Prepare students for competitions and public performances Organize and participate in regular student concerts and events Requirements A bachelor's degree or higher in Music or relevant field An excellent pianist with previous teaching experience is preferred Experience in preparing students for piano competitions is an advantage Patient, professional, and enthusiastic about working with children and youth Available to work weekends .
