Clelands Timber Products – New Plymouth, North Island THE ROLE We arecurrently recruiting for a wood machinist to assist with our timber processingoperations. Based in the timber remanufacturing team, the key duties include: Building and stacking of timber packets. Completing relevant quality checks and documentation. Assisting the team with other duties as required. The role has a directimpact on our production levels and quality and therefore plays an importantpart in the overall success of the company. The standard hoursare between Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 4:00pm,working a total of 52.5 hours per week. An indicative pay range is $24.50 to $30.00depending on skills and experience. Role Requirements Theideal candidates will have at least two years of proven experience with eithertimber processing or timber machine operation in a manufacturing environment,sawmill or similar. You’ll also have apositive, can-do attitude, with the ability to undertake work in a safe andefficient way to ensure our health and safety, quality standards and productionrequirements are met.
