Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoaare looking for an open minded, empathetic and professional M edical Receptionist to join our Tauranga Clinic. This role is 29 hours per week to be worked as follows: Monday 10am – 2:00pm Tuesday 1pm– 7:30pm Thursday 10am – 2pm Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm Saturdays 1 in 4 9am - 1pm Our Medical Receptionists begin a nd conclude the client experience. They make our clients feel welcome, safe and respected from the moment they enter our clinics to the moment they leave. Our Medical Receptionists are warm, empathetic and understand the significance of client confidentiality. To be considered for the role you will ideally have: Strong interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone. An ability to handle and balance a fast-paced work environment. Alignment with our Kaupapa and an interest in diversity, inclusion and equity. Punctual, reliable and flexible. Previous reception experience would be an advantage.
