We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Hawkes Bay team. You will work alongside a hard-working construction team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects within your portfolio. Reporting to the Construction Manager your day to day will include the following: Providing leadership and management to your direct reports to achieve targets Promoting a Zero Harm environment, ensuring H & S policies and procedures are followed Overseeing the allocation of people, plant, technology and resources to achieve outcomes Develop and improve systems and processes Assist in development and implementation of procurement strategies Project and/or Contract Management experience in Civil Engineering Strategic thinking and an ability to problem solve and implement initiatives A proven track record developing a culture that supports business excellence High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to get the best out of your team Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders Relevant tertiary qualification is beneficial but not necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
