About the Role Do you enjoy working with people, and know your way around databases? Do you want to be part of our busy community-based team? This role could be for you! In this role you will provide administration and data entry to support FOCUS staff/functions as well as maintaining and supporting FOCUS information systems and providing reception duties. This position will work 60 hours per fortnight (0.75 FTE) Monday to Friday actual hours to be confirmed. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail in your general day to day work, have a strong customer service focus, a proven ability to plan and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines, be self-motivated and able to work under pressure. You will need first rate written and oral communication skills and intermediate to advanced skills in a range of computer packages. About the Team/Service/Location FOCUS provides Needs Assessment and access to support services for people who live in the Wairarapa region and have long term disabilities/health conditions. You will find yourself working in a collaborative and supportive team based in Masterton and will work collectively with the team to provide efficient and welcoming services that result in high levels of client satisfaction. Learn more about living in the Wairarapa region click here Wairarapa About you 3 years+ experience in office administration and/or relevant Computer/Business Administration Qualification Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in using a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access) to intermediate/advanced level. Proven numeracy skills. Experience in database applications including data entry and reporting.
