About the Role Selling the full range of new BYD passenger and commercial vehicles Providing customers with a professional and enjoyable purchasing experience Generating and following up sales enquiries Demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives Building long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business Maintaining accurate customer records within the dealership CRM Achieving individual sales and customer satisfaction targets Representing the Adventure Motor Group brand with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and professional presentation The ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers Excellent follow-up and organisational skills A desire to achieve and exceed sales targets Computer literacy and CRM experience A full New Zealand driver's licence What's in It for You?
