Big Kelp is seeking a Bio-refinery Site Foreman to establish and lead our Picton facility. You will directly report to the CEO and be responsible for building the local ground team and managing day-to-day site operations as we scale. The role requires hands-on leadership in a startup environment with a focus on sustainability and ocean health, land and freshwater stewardship.
