JW Projects is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Builder to lead a crew installing commercial and residential aluminium and glazing systems. You will own site delivery, work with Project Managers, and drive safety, quality and efficiency on exciting New Zealand projects. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience on site, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering high workmanship.
