Job Description
The Hamilton-based Household Assistant role focuses on high-quality repair and maintenance of IT devices including laptops, mobiles, tablets and other electronics. You will diagnose problems, install and configure hardware and software, and provide face-to-face or phone support to clients. Hours are a minimum 30 per week, increasing to 45 as rostered.
