Evenings will pop up when we need you, so flexibility earns you extra brownie points. You'll be the face guests see before they've had their caffeine, so a genuine smile and quick feet matter more than a polished resume. What you'll actually be doing Running the floor at breakfast like it's second nature, tables, orders, timing, the lot Making guests feel like they've walked into somewhere special, not just another hotel dining room Pitching in on evening service when the roster calls for it Working shoulder to shoulder with kitchen and front office, because good hospitality is a team sport Keeping the dining room looking as sharp as the service What you'll need A genuine love of people, this can't be faked and guests always know Some F&B or hospitality experience helps, but attitude beats experience every time An LCQ or Duty Manager certificate, or you're happy to work toward getting one, we'll support you Reliability. Mornings start early and we need to know you'll be there A sense of humour. We take the guest experience seriously. We don't take ourselves too seriously.
