You'll oversee multiple departments and a team of 40+ staff, ensuringthe store operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards at alltimes. Key Responsibilities Leadand coordinate the day-to-day operation of the store. Inspire,motivate, and support team members to achieve their best. Ensureoutstanding customer service throughout every department. Maintainhigh standards of store presentation, compliance, and health & safety. Resolveoperational challenges quickly and effectively.
