SALES SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR Duroweld NZ is looking for a switched-on Sales Support & Customer Service Coordinator to become a key part of our team. This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support, quoting, administration and PA support . If you have previous welding industry knowledge or experience, that would be ideal - but it's not essential for the right person. We're looking for someone who learns quickly, enjoys helping customers and takes pride in getting the details right. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Providing excellent customer service by phone, email and in person Preparing and sending customer quotes and pricing Following up quotes and customer enquiries Processing customer orders Supporting our external sales team Checking stock, pricing and product information Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and lead times Helping customers find the right products for their requirements Providing PA and administrative support to the General Manager Organising meetings, appointments and follow-ups Maintaining accurate customer and product informationWorking with our Accredo ERP system Generally helping keep the office, sales team and customer enquiries organised and moving WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Has great customer service and communication skills Is highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities Has excellent attention to detail Is confident preparing and following up quotes Is proactive and follows things through Is comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers Has strong computer and Microsoft Office skills Works well as part of a small, busy team Has a positive attitude and enjoys solving problems Welding industry experience would be a big advantage. Previous experience or knowledge of welding equipment, consumables, engineering, fabrication or industrial products would be ideal and will help you hit the ground running. However, we're also interested in someone with the right customer service, organisational and sales support skills who is keen to learn. Experience with Accredo would also be an advantage, but isn't essential. WHY DUROWELD?
