You’ll build trust, connect ideas and help teams adopt change in a safe, practical and human way. Senior leadership experience across AI, data, digital, transformation or enterprise change, with responsibility for strategy, governance, adoption and outcomes. Experience establishing or scaling an enterprise capability or centre of excellence. Strong understanding of responsible AI, governance, risk and ethical use. Strong strategic and commercial judgement, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Confidence working with senior leaders, governance forums and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. A relevant degree, with postgraduate or professional certifications desirable.
