We are currently seeking skilled baker to join our growing team. Other details about the position Location: Christchurch Number of positions for this job: up to 1 Pay rate: from $28-$35 per hour Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Prepare, mix and bake breads, pastries, cakes and other bakery products to specification. Control proving, baking times and oven temperatures for consistent quality. Decorate, finish and present products to a high standard. Operate and maintain bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, sheeters, proofers). Follow strict food safety, hygiene and allergen-management procedures under NZ requirements (Food Control Plan / HACCP). Monitor stock and assist with receiving deliveries. Work cooperatively with the team to meet daily production schedules.
