Hose Fabrication & Lab Testing: Measure, cut, and crimp hydraulic hoses to exact specifications in the workshop, and safely use pressure gauges to test assemblies. Diagnose, strip, and rebuild heavy-duty cylinders, pumps, valves, and specialised Enerpac 700 bar tooling. Precision Calibration: Operate our advanced Norbar calibration equipment to test torque multipliers, hydraulic torque wrenches, and manual tooling. Stock &Data Management: Use our computerised inventory systems to look up parts and log testing data. Workshop Assistant: Assist walk-in clients and manage counter sales.
