About the Role This is a full-time, permanent role (minimum 40 hours per week) , working on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. As a Customer Relations Agent at our Christchurch Airport branch, you’ll play a key role in creating smooth, stress-free travel experiences for our customers. You’ll be the first and last point of contact, which means you’ll have a real impact on how customers remember their journey.
