Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist part time Aspire physiotherapy ltd – Greymouth, South Island We are seeking a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at Aspire Physiotherapy Ltd on a part-time basis . This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy services to our patients in Greymouth, Central West Coast . As a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in our clinic, providing evidence-based assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional physiotherapy care within our community. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualised treatment plans based on patient presentations and clinical findings Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitation Provide patient education on injury prevention, self-management strategies and lifestyle modifications to support long-term recovery Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements Liaise effectively with other healthcare professionals, GPs and specialists to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practice through engagement with current evidence and professional development Provide support to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and clinic policies at all times What we're looking for A valid registration- APC Recognised physiotherapy qualification with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice, ideally 1+ years of clinical experience Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills with the ability to make sound clinical judgements Proficiency in a range of physiotherapy treatment modalities, including manual therapy and exercise prescription Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts to patients in an accessible manner Professional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team A patient-centred approach to care with genuine enthusiasm for supporting patient recovery and wellbeing Strong organisational and time management skills to manage a clinical caseload effectively Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it About us Aspire Physiotherapy Ltd is a dedicated physiotherapy clinic committed to delivering outstanding patient care in the Greymouth community.
