About the Role The Variance Response Management (VRM) Nurse will provide optimum care utilising nursing knowledge and skills to patients in those areas of the hospital where they have identified a response required via the Hospital at a Glace Screen (HaaG). The area response required to and/or those tasks will be variable according to the needs of the hospital at any given time, in conjunction with the Duty Nurse Manager (DNM and wider IOC team).
