About the Position The Practice Nurse delivers high-quality primary care, supporting patient assessments, triage, and treatment to improve health outcomes. Working alongside GPs and the wider team, the role focuses on managing both acute and long-term conditions in a patient-centred environment, with part-time and full-time opportunities available. The position requires strong clinical skills, including venepuncture, wound care, and vaccination, along with experience in primary care systems such as Medtech32. You will be a proactive and organised nurse, able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have: Current Annual Practising Certificate (NZ Nursing Council) and valid CPR Level 5 Current Vaccinator Certificate Competent in Medtech32 and Best Practice Intelligence Strong clinical skills including triage, venepuncture, and wound care Experience managing long-term conditions Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and in a team Full, clean New Zealand driver licence New Zealand residency or citizenship We offer: Competitive Pay Rates Part time or full time permanent Supportive team #J-18808-Ljbffr
