A proactive self-starter with proven executive administrative capabilities

Based at our Petone Office, Wellington. This is a full-time, permanent position of 40 hours per week.

\n

The remuneration range for this role is $74,325 to $104,929 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Provide support and advice to two Chief Officers
  • \n
  • Provide executive administrative support to the Chief Customer Officer and the Chief Finance Officer including diary management and correspondence
  • \n
  • Proactively plan and schedule meetings, agendas, travel arrangements and events
  • \n
  • Develop and maintain effective office procedures, document management systems and reporting
  • \n
  • Assist in the planning and execution of group projects
  • \n
  • Build collaborative working relationships across the Executive Assistant network, external stakeholders and the wider organisation
  • \n

As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will thrive in a busy environment, work effortlessly under pressure and manage competing priorities efficiently and professionally. Your administrative, planning and organisational skills will be of the highest calibre in line with the responsibilities of the role. To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • High-level communication skills, excellent written and verbal capabilities

  • Excellence in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
