About us | He kupu mō mātou The People and Culture Digital, Data & AI team is responsible for delivering the P&C technology and data roadmap, while ensuring the stability of the platforms and services that support our people. Our focus is on leveraging technology, data, and AI to improve end-to-end HR processes, generate meaningful insights, and deliver better outcomes for both employees and the wider business. About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of People & Culture technology by championing innovative, leading-edge solutions that enable our business strategy and deliver meaningful business outcomes. You'll own the planning, prioritisation, and execution of the P&C technology roadmap, partnering closely with senior leaders, IT, and delivery teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and realise strategic value. Operating at a technology strategy execution level, you'll influence and align teams across the business to turn strategic opportunities into successful outcomes. This is a business ownership role focused on shaping priorities, setting direction, and taking ownership of key risks and issues. You will partner closely with IT and delivery teams to remove barriers and ensure the right outcomes are delivered. You will also: Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and align technology investments with business priorities. Champion innovative HR technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance employee experiences and simplify processes. Lead the planning and prioritisation of P&C technology initiatives, including discovery, value case development, key decisions, and risk and issue ownership. Provide business direction to cross-functional delivery teams, which may include project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, IT partners, and external vendors. Drive value realisation through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on measurable business outcomes. About You | Mōu You are a strategic and forward-thinking technology professional who is passionate about driving business transformation through innovative solutions. With experience delivering process and technology initiatives in large, complex organisations, you are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and aligning technology outcomes with broader business objectives. You bring a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least five years' experience in process, technology, or transformation delivery roles within a corporate environment. You have a strong understanding of how technology can enable business strategy and are experienced in working across multiple stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes. You are naturally curious about emerging and disruptive technologies, with a passion for identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance experiences, and create value through innovation. Most importantly, you combine strategic thinking with strong relationship-building skills, enabling you to influence, collaborate, and drive successful outcomes in a complex organisational setting.
