This role suits technicians who take pride in precision workmanship, enjoy working with modern vehicle technology, and want long-term career stability. What's on offer This is a permanent, full-time position offering a minimum 40 hour work week and long-term security within a reputable dealership Competitive pay rates of $32 - $40 per hour for top skill levels (negotiable based on experience and brand training) Ongoing technical and manufacturer training Career progression opportunities within a franchise environment Access to modern workshop facilities, tooling, and diagnostic equipment A positive, team-focused workplace that values professionalism and cooperation About the role As part of a skilled and supportive team, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of passenger vehicles while maintaining manufacturer and industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Routine servicing, inspections, and scheduled maintenance Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults Carrying out warranty and recall repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements Maintaining accurate service records and parts documentation Providing a high level of customer service and technical support Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet deadlines Skills and experience required Trade qualification as a Light Automotive Technician (or equivalent) Previous franchise dealership experience Strong diagnostic, repair, and fault-finding skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Full, valid driver's licence Good communication skills and time management A strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer service Genuine enthusiasm for automotive technology and ongoing learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
