ACC Sensitive Claims Contractors - Registered Health Professionals Haumanu Hapū provides sexual abuse support through the delivery of the ACC Sensitive Claims Service (SCS). Haumanu Hapū is committed to delivering compassionate, supportive, holistic, trauma-informed support for people affected by historical and current sexual harm. Haumanu Hapū is seeking qualified and experienced registered professionals to provide services in the Christhurch Ashburton and wider Canterbury areas of New Zealand. Join us in providing mental health assessment and holistic theraputic trauma treatment under the ACC Sensitive Claims Service (SCS) Contract. This opportunity will suit you if you are already an approved ACC sensitive claims provider, or you are wanting to be supported to become one. You can start a private practice or supplement your income by contracting in the supportive environment of Haumanu Hapū. Counsellors Social Workers Clinical Psychologists Psychotherapists Art Therapists Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists Registered Nurses Speech-Language Therapists Rongoā Māori Practitioners to partner with. Level 6 or higher qualification in your field. New Zealand registration and membership with relevant professional body/association. Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Indemnity Insurance. 1 years post-graduate experience in trauma and mental health for provisional ACC Sensitive Claims registration; or 2 years post-graduate experience for full ACC Sensitive Claims registration. ACC Sensitive Claims registered or be willing to become registered. Professional, organised and open to learning. You are a self employed contractor responsible for youe own tax and GST if applicable. Applicants with no ACC experience will be guided and supported with the ACC provider registration process. Haumanu Hapū will conduct a Police Vetting check as part of this process.
