The Role Duties will include: Managing daily accounts receivable processes, including receipting, bank reconciliations, EFTPOS transactions, refunds, and customer account maintenance across domestic and international operations. Monitoring customer credit limits, processing new credit applications, maintaining PPSR registrations and credit insurance, and actively managing overdue debt collections. Supporting cash flow management through domestic and international payment runs, foreign exchange contract requests, credit card processing, and balance sheet reconciliations. Processing payroll, employee reimbursements, and maintaining payroll records using the Datacom Payroll system. Managing supplier administration, including vendor setup, supplier statement reconciliations, and remittance processing. Providing timely support to customers, suppliers, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Producing aged trial balance reports and maintaining accurate financial records to support business decision-making and compliance requirements. Assisting with other finance related tasks as required Complying with and pro-actively work safely according to company SHE policies and relevant legislation; in particular trade practices, environment, health & safety, equal employment and harassment About You In order to be successful for this position, we are looking for a motivated individual, someone who takes pride in what they do and has great attention to detail.
