Job Description
CGR Services is seeking a Community Physiotherapist to cover Hamilton and surrounding areas. The role involves visiting patients in their homes, assessing, treating and managing flexible caseloads with mobility, balance, falls and chronic conditions. The successful candidate will work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. The position is fixed-term until June 2027, part-time, 48 hours per fortnight, with the aim of improving health outcomes across Te Whatu #J-18808-Ljbffr
