About the Role | Mō te Tūranga Your day-to-day will include: Shaping and maintaining the enterprise transformation roadmap across workstreams Providing advisory and delivery support to the Technology Modernisation Programme Building transformation maturity and capability across the organisation Partnering with executives to identify, frame and mature transformation initiatives Owning delivery governance across workstreams and intervening early where risk emerges About You | Māu You’ve led significant enterprise transformation and know what it takes to operate where delivery counts. You're comfortable alongside tech-driven change, engaging demanding executive teams, and drawing frontline kaimahi into transformation design from the start.
