For the person who knows accounting firms and knows how to get them live and thriving on a new platform. You run the room in a demo, you lead a firm through onboarding, and you own the relationship long after go-live. You want accounts that are yours, and a product that's actually worth putting in front of a Partner. Agentic AI for accounting firms, built by trusted, successful operators who have processed over one million jobs and ledgers. We did not improve the old compliance model. We replaced it. Accounting firms have run on manual processes, fragmented tools, and traditional outsourcing for decades. Zato ends that. Our platform centralises and automates the actual end-to-end work: questionnaires, GL scrutiny, workpapers, query management, and sign-off. One platform. Job done. We integrate directly with the IRD, Xero, FYI and other document management systems, with more on the way. We already have tens of thousands of ledgers live on the platform, we're scaling fast, and there are a lot of firms to talk to. You own firms through the moment that matters most: getting them from signed to genuinely live and adopted, and keeping them growing. You run demos for Partners, Directors and firm owners, lead onboarding and implementation, and then own those accounts as they scale their work on Zato. You're the face a firm trusts, the person who gets them to real output fast, and the one who spots where they can do more with the platform. Reporting to our Head of Implementation & Customer Success, you'll own your accounts end to end and have real influence over how we onboard and grow firms as we build the function out. This is hands-on. You're in the room, in the detail, in the firm's actual workflow. As we scale, there's genuine room to grow with the function. Run product demos for Partners, Directors and firm owners, and handle the real questions without backup. Lead firms through onboarding and implementation, from signed to live to fully adopted. Own your accounts, the trusted point of contact firms reach for, driving adoption, retention and growth. Get firms to real output on real ledgers, fast, and manage the change conversation that comes with it. Spot and drive expansion, more of a firm's work onto Zato over time. Feed what you learn on the ground back into product, so the platform keeps getting better. Help shape and scale a repeatable onboarding and adoption model as we grow. You know accounting firms. Ex-practice, or from an accounting software vendor working with firms (Xero, MYOB, CCH, Intuit or similar). You can hold a room of Partners and be credible from the first sentence. You've onboarded, implemented or supported firms on software before, and you know what makes adoption stick. Great with people. Firms trust you, and you're the one they call first. Hands-on and high agency. You own outcomes, you don't wait to be told. Comfortable with the hard conversation: change, workflow, getting a firm over the line. Curious about the product. You don't need to be an accountant, but you need to understand a firm's work well enough to get them genuinely live. Real ownership of your own accounts, a product with genuine traction and integrations firms actually want, tens of thousands of ledgers already live and a fast-growing base to build on, and the chance to help build the implementation function rather than inherit it.
