About us North Haven Childcare & Education Centre is based in the heart of Timaru and is a not-for-profit community ECE with a licence for 50 tamariki aged between 3 months and 5 years old. We are governed by a supportive Committee and Trust Board. Alongside other benefits we have full pay parity a 2-week closedown over Christmas About the role This position is the lead oversight requiring experience in the ECE curriculum, health and safety, financial and HR management. You will have experience in building relationships and be able to develop and grow a team of incredible teachers while both motivating and inspiring them.
