Digital Marketing Manager (B2B Demand Gen US) Sunstone Talent – Christchurch, South Island A fast-growing global Christchurch software company has created a new role and are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and performance based B2B marketing campaigns to further grow their client base in the US Sound like you? Take ownership of performance marketing, campaign optimisation and grow this capability within the company? Potential to create a small team... What you’ll bring: BCom Degree in Marketing or other degree or tertiary qualification in marketing, comms, or similar (or equivalent experience) 6+ years digital marketing experience, ideally within a software, hardware, engineering services, professional services or SaaS company Essential is B2B client lead generation of US customers Experience managing 3rd party agencies and ability to lead marketing in the business with opportunity to grow capability in-house and a small team Good hands-on experience with CRMs ideally Salesforce Strong approach to analysing data ie campaign performance with conversion metrics Interest in exploring new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled marketing approaches Good collaborative team player Proven success utilising digital platforms like LinkedIn campaign management What you’ll get: Work in an awesome global software company that has purpose Opportunity to be able to own the marketing space, manage 3rd party agencies but also start to bring stuff in-house growing a small team Opportunity to have a real impact on revenue and growth strategy expanding US client base and into new countries Work in a high-growth environment where experimentation and insights are valued MUST HAVE right to work in NZ This is a Christchurch office based job so need to be based here :-) Modern offices in Christchurch with great team, supportive management and free parking Additional information Creative?
