We are seeking applications from intermediate to experienced Quantity Surveyors looking to work for a prominent residential builder in the Tauranga. This is a great opportunity to join a mid-high end award winning residential building firm who have a strong reputation in the marketplace. For the successful candidate you will undertake pricing and prepare estimates and do full contracts administration for new builds from architectural and engineering; specifications, designs and drawings. You will also be a part of a fun and supportive culture within a positive atmosphere which will provide a good challenge and allow you to succeed. This organisation has a healthy pipeline of new build work ahead. To be considered for this role: Must bring experience in a QS position within the NZ residential building sector NZ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar Be a strong communicator as you will be dealing with a wide range of people including internal Project Managers, Sales people, admin staff along with customers and suppliers Strong Excel capabilities Ability to deal with multiple projects High level of accuracy and attention to detail High level of integrity and professionalism Good sense of humour Please note: You must have NZ permanent residency in place to be considered for this position.
