About the Role Are you an experienced Change Manager ready to lead meaningful change across cyber risk, third party risk and certification and accreditation processes? Our client, a large New Zealand organisation, is uplifting how it manages cyber risk, vendor risk and compliance certification. This is a contract engagement, not a permanent position. It is also a stakeholder led, business side change role. You will not be configuring systems or writing code. You will be helping people, teams and processes adapt to new ways of working, starting with the Security Assurance, Security Services and Performance, and Privacy teams, and extending to further teams across the organisation over time. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver end to end change management plans for the rollout of cyber risk, third party risk and certification and accreditation processes Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness assessments for each team and process going live Develop and execute communication, training and adoption plans tailored to technical security teams, business owners and vendor facing staff Partner with risk, security and privacy teams to translate new workflows into clear, well structured standard operating procedures Identify resistance points and process gaps, and implement mitigation and support plans Support go live and post implementation activities to embed sustained adoption Track and report on change readiness, adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback Maintain a central repository of change artefacts, standard operating procedures and training materials What We're Looking For 5 plus years' experience as a Business Change Manager or similar, delivering change for enterprise risk, security or compliance implementations Experience within a government agency, large corporate, or regulated industry such as financial services, utilities or insurance is highly regarded Demonstrated experience writing clear, detailed standard operating procedures and process documentation for non technical audiences Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non technical audiences Experience managing change across multiple concurrent teams or workstreams Familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR Available to start at short notice, contractors only Advantageous Experience within a cyber security, third party or vendor risk, or certification and accreditation environment Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NCSC, NIST, HISF or NZISM Exposure to governance, risk and compliance platforms covering third party risk management, risk management and compliance automation #J-18808-Ljbffr
