We’re looking for people who want to build a long-term career in Traffic Management and the wider civil industry. If you’ve been interested in getting into the industry but haven’t known where to start or the upfront cost of training has been holding you back — we want to hear from you. We’ll provide a pathway into the industry by covering the initial cost of your TM Theory Course and Height Safety Induction, (with the cost then repaid through agreed deductions from your wages). This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door, gain practical experience, build your qualifications and work towards a long-term career. What is in it for you: A pathway into the Traffic Management industry Costs covered upfront for the TTM Theory Certificate and Height Safety Introduction (Unit Standard 23229) with repayment made through weekly wage deductions. Starting Rate $25 per hour Ongoing training and development Clear opportunities to progress within the traffic management and civil construction space. Day, afternoon and night shifts available Potentially some Stay-away work could be available for those keen with allowances and accommodation on offer. Flexibility and motivation are essential Work across the Waikato Region Long-term projects and ongoing work, including road maintenance and upgrades and new road construction.
