Mō te tūranga | About the role The Clinical Lead, is a full-time role held alongside a Senior MSK Physiotherapy role within Proactive with a caseload expectation. Provide clinical services across services and contracts to deliver agreed individual and business objectives. Provide professional and clinical leadership, to drive quality and clinical effectiveness within their professional and/or service clinical lead area under the functional direction of the relevant Portfolio Lead. To include but not limited to the following: Provide subject matter expert input into national, regional, and local activities Support Portfolio Leads and Area Managers in delivery of Induction and Learning & Development activities Support the curation of knowledge resources Provide supervision and mentoring Support recruitment activities Support Area Managers with staff clinical performance issues Support Quality Improvement activity, Including, audit planning, delivery and analysis; complaints and untoward incident reviews Contribute to innovation and development of services. Build and maintain external relationships to support recruitment, quality improvement, and learning and development activities. He aha ta tatou e rapu ana | What are we looking for The opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinical lead and MSK physiotherapist to join our fantastic team in the Central Region Our ideal candidate will have worked in a MSK Physiotherapist role minimum 5 years of experience in field of expertise and 2 years experience in delivering ACC services, including Integrated Care Pathways. You will have a commitment to client satisfaction & unwavering client focus and A client-centred approach with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to plan & manage tasks/responsibilities in addition to carrying a caseload. Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. You will have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and present ideas & concepts in a clear and positive way to technical & non-technical audiences, with a wide range of stakeholders and have previous experience in vocational rehabilitation or a similar setting is highly desirable. Person Specification: Regional Clinical Lead: Demonstrated ability to plan & manage tasks/responsibilities in addition to carrying a caseload Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and present ideas & concepts in a clear and positive way to technical & non-technical audiences.
