Job Description
Gerry's Bakery Ltd in Harewood, South Island, New Zealand is seeking a baker's assistant/baker. You will make doughs, pastry, batters and mixtures for bread, yeast goods, cakes and other bakery products, and attend ovens and machinery. You will pipe, decorate, icing, and generally participate in skilled bakery production while keeping work areas tidy, hygienic and compliant with Food Safety Regulations.
