This is a dual-focused role, combining frontline community engagement with high-level operational planning and day-to-day administrative management to ensure efficiency, productivity, and the smooth delivery of services. As a first point of contact and the Heartlands coordinator, this role brings a professional, welcoming presence to the Trust. Hours of work are generally between 9am-3pm. Key responsibilities Act as a first point of contact and reception for Te Whai — in person, by phone, and online. Coordinate and manage information for Heartlands services, ensuring all activity data is captured accurately and reporting is submitted in a timely manner to meet contractual obligations. Ensure administrative systems, HR processes, financial administration, and reporting frameworks are robust, fit for purpose, and continuously improving. Build and maintain the administrative and systems frameworks that underpin high-quality, efficient back-end services. Work closely with the Services and Partnerships Managers to ensure seamless workflow between service delivery and operations.
