Job Description
Provide clinic administration and reception support for after-hours Richmond Health Hub clinics. Permanent, part-time 0.2 FTE role, two evenings per week, based in Richmond. About the Role As an Administration Coordinator within the National Public Health Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality public health services. This varied role involves routine clinic administration, reception support, coordinating appointments and meetings, maintaining clinic systems and records, and acting as a key point of contact for health professionals, patients and visitors to the Richmond Health Hub. Working in a collaborative environment, you will help keep clinic operations running smoothly and support the delivery of services that improve health outcomes for communities across Aotearoa. About the Service The National Public Health Service (NPHS) within Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, works towards Pae Ora (healthy futures for all) by engaging with the wider determinants of health that impact people's health, focusing on oranga/wellbeing, prevention, protection, and population-level intervention. You will bring: Administration or coordination skills, or strong transferable experience in supporting people, using systems and managing information accurately. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, team-focused and customer-centred A respectful, professional and trustworthy approach, with a strong awareness of privacy and confidentiality in a health setting.
