Senior Engineering Surveyor | Civil Construction About the company An established NZ civil contractor with a strong pipeline of subdivision, roading, drainage and earthworks projects. The survey team is busy and growing, with plenty of work already lined up. About the role This is a hands-on engineering survey role covering the full construction cycle. Around 80% of your time will be construction set-out and as-builts, with the remaining 10-20% across land transfer work and related surveying. You'll be comfortable working from the front end through to completion - construction set-out, CAD, drafting and as-builts. There's plenty of variety across subdivisions, drainage, roading and earthworks. You'll be working with Leica and GeoMax equipment. What's on offer $100k-130k + vehicle, depending on experience Consistent pipeline of work - no waiting around for projects Standard hours are typically 7am-5pm, with no regular weekend work Variety across major civil workstreams Good equipment and a practical, experienced team Key responsibilities Construction set-out and as-built surveys Engineering surveying across civil projects CAD drafting and survey data processing Supporting projects from initial set-out through completion Some LT work, roughly 10-20% of the role Working closely with site teams and project engineers What you will need Engineering surveying experience, ideally at Senior level Strong construction set-out experience Confident with CAD and drafting Comfortable working across both front-end and back-end surveying Some land transfer knowledge would be advantageous Licensed surveyor status isn't essential - there's support available for this Civil construction experience across subdivisions, drainage, roading or earthworks would be ideal #J-18808-Ljbffr
