About the Role We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative (B2B) to cover the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities in the area. This is a field-based role ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping businesses find the right packaging and safety solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing business accounts across Waikato & Bay of Plenty Actively prospect and secure new B2B customers Conduct regular in-person customer visits and follow-ups Understand client needs and recommend suitable products Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction Meet sales targets and maintain accurate records in our CRM system What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales or account management Strong communication and interpersonal skills A hunter mindset with a customer-first approach Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Strong organisation and reporting skills Full NZ driver’s licence (essential) Knowledge of packaging, hygiene, or safety products is a plus A candidate based and living in the Waikato region What We Offer Competitive salary Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Ongoing product training and support Autonomy to manage your own territory Opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, NZ-owned business #J-18808-Ljbffr
